Hi, I’m Takisha Motley, and I help men and women stay motivated while challenging them to remain active. I call on my education in physical fitness, combined with specialty certifications in performance, competition, and human movement correction, to deliver a full-body ground-up approach to personal training.

I believe that my work changes lives. When most people have the opportunities and tools to limit counterproductive behaviors and establish new healthy habits, they achieve their fitness goals and love their lives! My 4 years as a US Army soldier means I’m no stranger to discipline—expect challenging workouts! Although the challenge is necessary for an effective workout, my programs also need to stay fresh and fun. There is no room for boredom or stagnation in our training sessions. Expect to be pushed physically, mentally, and emotionally as you begin to expand socially and even spiritually! If I can’t engage you mentally and emotionally, you won’t thrive physically. Personal training should be more than buff bodies; this is your life! Our ultimate goal is to achieve a total state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being! When we work together, it’s an ALL-IN experience!
